Covid 19: Amazon Prime and Youtoube Reduces Visual Quality After Netflix

In Europe  Netflix,YouTube and Amazon Prime have reduced the video quality.  Due to the increase in household internet usage in the context of covid 19, there are interruptions in the internet service. This lead to the move to reduce the quality of videos.

 Currently youtube doesn't experience heavy traffic but there is a chance for increase in usage so youtube has taken this decision. The European Union Home Market and Service Commissioner has called for streaming systems to reduce the visual quality of the Internet in the event of a disruption.  Netflix first downgraded the display to meet this need.  Netflix claimed that if we did that, 25% of the Internet problems in Europe would be solved.
